Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with the product, our return and refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Returns Eligibility -

Damaged Products :

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition, a return will be accepted.
  • Requirement: A clear video of the unboxing process is mandatory as proof of damage.
  • Incorrect Model Ordered by Customer:
  • If you mistakenly order the wrong model and request a replacement, the return shipping cost must be borne by you.
  • A refund or replacement will be processed after we receive the product in its original condition.

Mismatched Products (Our Error) :

  • If the product sent does not match the model ordered, we will bear the return shipping charges.

2. Conditions for Returns -

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return -

Contact our customer support team with the order details and reason for the return.

  • Provide necessary evidence (e.g., unboxing video for damages).
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Shipping for Returns -

  • Customers are advised to use India Post for returning products, as it ensures affordable and reliable service.
  • Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • For incorrect model orders (customer error), customers bear the shipping cost.
  • For mismatched products (our error), replacement or exchange will be delivered and we will reimburse the return shipping charges in 7-10 days.

5. Refunds Process -

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds may be delayed if the product is returned incomplete, damaged, or without proper evidence.

6. Exclusions -

The following items are non-refundable :

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Customized or made-to-order products, unless defective or mismatched.
