Our products are customized chin mounts for motorcycle helmets, designed using 3D modeling and manufactured through 3D printing.
Due to the customized nature of our products, accurate customer-provided details (such as helmet model or specific design requests) are crucial for optimal fit and function.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, customization complexity, and courier logistics.
Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email or SMS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item delivered
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear images and order details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including designs, images, logos, and text maybe the property of Motovibe India and maybe protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our chin mounts are designed for action camera mounting and similar accessories. Improper use, installation errors, or non-compatible accessories may lead to damage or injury.
Motovibe India shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their helmet models.
